Master Monkey

Master Monkey is a monkey who is one of the main protagonists of Buck and Izzy meets Kung Fu Panda, its sequel, and Manny, Sid, and Diego's Adventures of Kung Fu Panda.

He is the friendliest and most approachable of the Furious Five. He seems to harbor the strongest sense of humor within the Five as well, responding most strongly to Po's sense of comedy. He uses a staff as a weapon, which is a traditional weapon used in Kung Fu and other martial arts. Before he became a kung fu master, he was the village trickster when he was a teenager, often making people slip on banana peels, which he ate from, and pantsing them in revenge for an incident in his youth that resulted in becoming the laughingstock of a few children in town. The villagers sent many powerful warriors to force him out of town, but Monkey humiliated each one of them by swiping their belts, which resulted their pants falling down. He was eventually defeated by Oogway, who doesn't wear any pants, and hisshell to hide from Monkey's attacks. Oogway taught Monkey compassion by saving him from a falling beam, which led Monkey develop into a warrior.

Monkey is voiced by both Jackie Chan and James Sie.

He also made a guest appearence in Danny Phantom and Shrek's Adventures of Rio, as well as the several episodes of Captain Charles T. Baker's Adventures of Kim Possible and other projects outside of the Manny, Sid, and Diego's Adventures Series
